Incredibly Awesome Experience We have been using A&D for many years to provide routine maintenance and some body repairs to our travel trailer. After a recent trip, the slide out would not retract. We worked with Roy who made a home service call to close it. After only four days in their shop, all repairs were done, brakes and bearings inspected as well as an overall inspection. The repairs are stronger than the original manufacture installed parts. Called them and explained our 30ft stock trailer issues and that we were from out of state and on a schedule. They went above and beyond to fit us in within the hour. Found the problem and then called every shop in the area to find the part we needed. They treated us so well! Even topped our oil off for free!! Need more shops like this in our world!

I backed my camper into a branch and pulled the trim off around the wheel well. I made an appt and they were ready when I got there. EVERYONE was so helpful. They were able to re-attach it rather quickly. As it wasn't the amount of shop time I signed up for the owner gave me a pass!! Ive already planned to take it back for more work before its winter nap! Thank You

My husband and I broke down on the highway and a cop who came to our rescue suggested A & D. He said they did good work. We were on our way home to the Chicago area from a family party in MI over the holiday weekend. We were surprised to find that they were open and despite being very busy they were able to squeeze us in. All of the people that worked there were extremely nice to us and they let us sit in the waiting room with our dog. The manager even looked for a treat to give her. I'm sure it can be frustrating to take on additional work when you are already busy but no one treated us as though we were an annoyance. They showed us the issue. It was a rather large fix but they were able to give us a temporary fix to get us back on our way home. They did not have to do this but we are very grateful they did. I will definately use them again when I am in town and will refer friends and family in the area to their business. Everyone was professional and super friendly. Just AWESOME! My BAL 5.3 electric jack and leveling system stopped working. Called A&D for an appointment and they were booked! We Leave in 2 days for a week long trip. Roy ran down the electrical diagram over the phone and the said “I’ll be right out”. 10 minutes later he was in my driveway. It wasn’t the fuse but a relay plug. He had it working again in no time AND THEN refused to charge me. I had to convince him to take some cash, at least for his gas if nothing else! Very polite. Professional and knowledgeable!
