I felt like I was taken to the cleaners with labor and parts which were twice the going price.

I have used A & D in the past, but never for body work until last week. I would definitely return if the need arises again. The estimate was accurate, work done when promised and looks great.

I am very impressed with their customer service! I had an air leak in my tire, they got me in last minute even though they were about to close. Very reasonable price. This morning I had an accident in Lansing. Which is about an hour and a half from where I live. After all was done at the scene I was uncomfortable driving my vehicle back home without having someone look at it. I don't know the area so I was frustrated and pretty much lost. I stopped in a gas station and the clerk and another guy in the store both recommended this place. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. They were so nice and graciously looked at my vehicle and made it safe for me to drive. Professional and pleasant. It was exactly what I needed at that moment. Thank you all again. I hope the people in Lansing know how lucky they are to have you in their area!!!
