Sam and his staff are very friendly and professional. They were honest about the work that needed to get done and didn't try to oversell me on repairs that were unnecessary or could wait. They got me in immediately and completed all the repairs quickly to get me back on the road as soon as possible. They even gave me a ride to and from the shop so I didn't have to get a taxi. Honest auto repair is a difficult thing to find, but I have definitely found it with A&D. Thanks guys!

We recently had some minor damage to our car, A&D was able to look at the car the same day and gave us a quote. We dropped of the car two days later and it was finished the next day with no sign of the previous damage. This is the second time we have had body work done by A&D and have been very pleased both times.

They are the best mechanics around! I've been going there for years now with my personal vehicle and my company's work trucks. They have always done a great job and you can tell they actually care about helping their customers.

This is my second year having my auto serviced by A&D and these guys provide very good service. I have had major work several times on my car pretty much everything been ok. Altough i have taken my vehicle back due to some issue with parts failure, at no time did they gave me any grief, checked out the repair issue and immediatley got on the case. A&D honors they parts and repair service. These guys are good and it just hard to get repair service like this anymore. That's why i drive 15 milles crosstown to get my car serviced. Thanks A&D

I am a single woman, have been going to A and D for years - they are unfailingly reliable, honest, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and just darn good mechanics. I would recommend them highly.

I've never heard of additional labor to set caster in an alignment. An alignment consists of all 3 angles being set to bring them within spec. It also doesnt take anyone of master tech level to notice that when they were sweeping for caster the toe was so far off it was stopping on the control arm and not getting full rotation lock to lock of the wheel. Disappointed with the price. Yes my job wasn't exactly normal but it wasn't rocket science either. I won't be back - sorry guys! It got my car driveable so that I could finish it myself and get it where it needed to be on a rack elsewhere myself so I guess thats the best thing that happened.

This is the first shop I've been to in the greater Lansing area where I felt like I could actually trust everyone. They fixed only what was wrong and didn't try to scare me into any unneeded repairs, which I really appreciate. Definitely a great choice for anyone, but especially ladies who are sick of mechanics who try to manipulate and intimidate you into spending more money. At A&D I was treated like a real, intelligent human being.

Dan, Sam and all the guys here are great; I've been going for years and am sorry everytime I choose to go to the dealer instead of A&D. Not only do they fix your car; but the prices are much better than the dealer for a Ford product. They fix your car as quickly as possible; they keep to their appointment times. Best of all, for a non-mechanic person, they answer questions over the phone and I have called during emergencies when I was out-of-state and they give me helpful advice. I am moving shortly, but will continue to have my SUV serviced by the guys at A & D.
